The majority of my 
	business is repeat and referral, which I feel is a huge indicator that my 
	efforts to provide great client representation is working.  People may not 
	necessarily grasp all the finer points of a real estate transaction but they 
	do understand when they have someone who genuinely cares about them and that 
	they are getting the best representation. 
	
	I make sure that I keep 
	current with the new regulations and have had personal hands on experience 
	in several major renovation projects, so I can offer up realistic opinions 
	and advice on many fronts.  
	
	I also devote time and 
	effort to foster good working relationships with fellow realtors.  Those 
	realtors know that I do my homework and deal fairly and honestly with all 
	parties.  Sometimes that can give my clients the best opportunities for 
	success when they are buying or selling because the realtor on the other end 
	of the transaction knows that I will take care of business with a high 
	degree of professionalism and get the job done.
